I was born and raised in the Chicago area, and after two years in the service, moved to the Chicago suburbs, where I've lived and worked for over 30 years. I know every nook and cranny of this area, from the Lemont Street Cafe to the Jewel Food Store. As a RealtorŪ, I've helped many of your neighbors buy and sell their homes. In fact, I’ve lived in 5 houses here myself.

• I give it to you straight. Your home is overpriced? I’ll tell you. The home you want to make an offer on shows signs of water damage? I’ll tell you that too. I’ve built my business on honesty. Because frankly, I feel it’s the least you deserve from your agent.
• I keep you informed. Ever hire a professional who never calls? Day after day you wait, wondering what’s going on. I know how nerve-wracking that is. So I will never do that to you. I keep you updated at the frequency you’re comfortable with. Let me know how often you want me to stay in touch.
• I keep myself informed. To give you the best advice, it’s vital that I keep abreast of the complicated real estate market. I do this by continually taking classes in law, finance, and real estate. You get an agent with the most up-to-date knowledge—one who is prepared to handle any complications that arise in your transaction.
• I take care of all the details. You've made a major life decision; the last thing you need is to worry about is finding buyers, writing up offers, or scheduling inspections. Lean on me to take care of everything—all you have to do is tell me what you want.
