instructions on how to use the MLS system.
Just follow the confirmation steps and you'll
begin receiving e-mail updates from me that match your criteria—so
you can find the home of your dreams.

Real estate law requires that you
provide valid contact information in order to access my membership
to the MLS, and you can't receive a password without it. But it is
my policy to use this information only to assist you and never to
bother you. That means:
- I will never share your
contact information with anyone else. I never sell or trade
mailing lists.
- You will never be hounded with
unwanted e-mails or phone calls.
- You can ask to have your
contact information removed at any time, and I will terminate
your access to the MLS system. Simply e-mail me.

Under the Code of Ethics and
Standards of Practice of the National Association of Realtors®,
I am not allowed to give you access to the MLS if you are already
under contract with another agent.
Conversely, if you were to take
information from my MLS service to your own agent, it would also be
a violation of the standards that your agent and I must adhere to.
We are required to respect each other's business practice and not
attempt to interfere with one another's agent–client relationship.
Your own agent has access to the
MLS. Please ask your agent to give you information on the latest
listings—and I thank you for honoring our code of ethics.
